We now come to a real turning point for Rose Lake Park (and not just the end of the catwalk for one of Prof. Marvel's infamous headwear collection fashion shows...).  Will this be the end of Rose Lake Park?   (Insert appropriate musical "dim-dum-DUUUUUM!" here)
